In today’s episode of The HIGH TIMES Kitchen we’re making Pot Pesto. Our pesto is perfect for pasta – but stay tuned to to learn how to make an amazing Kind Bud Bruschetta with Pot Pesto that stones 10!

First, toast three tablespoons of chopped walnuts in a sauté pan, then use a metal strainer to help remove the skin. Next, place your walnuts in a food processor and grind them into a fine meal.

After washing and patting dry your basil, shred enough for two firmly packed cups.

Place your shredded basil and ground up walnuts in a food processor along with Parmesan cheese, garlic and salt. 

Next, add about ¾ a cup of THC oil to the food processor. We made our THC oil with the Magical Butter.

Turn on your food processor and let it run for about 30 seconds.

Remove from food processor and you have a delicious pesto for pasta or dipping.
