ESPN analysts took exception to Minnesota State Representative Pat Garofalo's racially suggestive tweet against NBA players on Sunday. In a follow-up note, Garofalo told ESPN that he was referring to the league's leniency on positive drug tests and the rate of crime within the ranks of basketball's finest. Stephen A.
