Seattle Cannabis Cup-goers found much more than flowers, hash and concentrates at the HIGH TIMES marijuana expo in Fremont on Saturday -- in addition to dab labs and plenty of beautiful weed, a bounty of edible and topical treats awaited ticket holders.
Dread Head Chef (www.dreadheadchef.com) served up some sweet treats at his booth inside Fremont Studios; his gourmet cinnamon chips and fresh fruit salsas are the perfect snack to satisfy that stoner craving for dessert, with an unbeatable delivery system to get it in your mouth. Chips + salsa = you're welcome!
The ladies were rockin' the pot-infusion scene in the outdoor section of the expo; Red, T and AJ were manning the Herbal Healing booth (herbalhealing420.org) with sass and style, and their Loaded Sodas definitely caught HT's eye. Fizzy soda with a cannabis kick? That'll soothe your soul.
Speaking of soothing, another fabulous ganja gal was representing with topicals. Megan Schwarting of Kush Creams (kushcreams.com), has all sorts of lotions, balms, and oils to take away your aches and pains. Stop by to smooth on some of her Aloe-Based Face and Eye Cream, or to sniff some of the other delectable products on display in her beautiful booth outside.
The day couldn't have been more beautiful, and the fun continues tomorrow. Now let's head to the WAMU Center for tonight's HIGH TIMES concert featuring Redman and Slightly Stoopid. Tickets are available at the door. See you there!
The WAMU Center is at 1000 Occidental Ave. S., 9813
